Seems people maybe even be born intrinsically knowing right from wrong. But it’s defining rules that throw things out of balance, if that makes any sense lol…
These days it seems people don’t want to be held accountable for their actions. So no matter the rules, if they can flout them, they do, with no regard for the consequences.
Unfortunately. No one wants to take responsibility and own what they say and do. I fear for the generations I see now since they aren’t held responsible for anything they say and do. Far as I’m concerned, it’s why there’s such a rise in crime among the 12 – 18 year olds.
🙂 Thankfully I have some input with the ones here (and hopefully) they’ll do better than. One will for sure, she wants to work with burn victims. The other wants to be a cop. The little ones have no clue as yet. Still I try to add my two cents when I can so they see the big picture. Teens inherently go through the “me” stage. Hopefully, they’ll grow out of it, some day 🙂

Especially when one is so tempted to break the rules just for the sake of it…🤗🤗

True. And I think it’s often individually how they’re interpreted and what that’s based on.

So true.
The unaccountability has become a sort of trend nowadays…

Totally agreed.
Teenagers now think everything is due to them (well, not all, some are well raised).
