I believe that we can get everything if we are ready to lose everything . When we break down the bridges behind us, no return. Then, we have only one way. A path to the goal!
Because when you got who you really are is easier achieve your goals without sacrifice your real you. You will just choose different, sometimes even more difficult routes to get what you want.
What if one happens to be a boring old man who neither has any highs nor any lows, just the same old daily rut. He is neither rich nor poor, neither sharp and witty nor dumb and stony. Nothing interesting or remotely thrilling ever happens to him.
Soo to get what I want,I should lose my complete self!??!

I particularly relate to breaking the bridges with no return.
And itโs definitely not a loss to me!

Wow! That could go both ways: It could mean giving up yourself for your goals; and, it could mean giving up what you are to get what you want.
Scored! Nothing but net! Good one.

Iโd rather a third: giving up the ego to get who you really are… ๐๐๐

Oh no, my comment was on the next one, the one that began with โAlways….โ. I am so very sorry, B.
Hereโs what I am going ta do, like yesterday- Iโll mail you a cheque for a million as reparations. ๐

But did you know what immediately precedes an aphorism? Another million if you get the right answer.
